By commissioning me, you agree to the terms below. Please read carefully ♡🌼 1. GENERAL INFO & WORKFLOWWhat I Draw: OCs, Fanart, Animals, Photo-based characters (my style).No-Go: NSFW, Mecha/Heavy armor, Overly muscular.Process: Sketch ➔ Approval ➔ Lineart/Color ➔ Approval ➔ Final Delivery.Character detail level: All commissions include a simplified version of your character that keeps the main features, colors and overall vibe | Very detailed designs (complex outfits, many accessories, armor, wings, etc.) may require a Character Detail upgrade (this is completly optional and only if you want every detail of your character present)Revisions: Up to 2 revision rounds during the sketch stage (pose, expression, design adjustments) After sketch approval, only minor adjustments are included (small color tweaks or tiny detail fixes)Major changes after sketch approval (new elements, outfit changes, pose changes, redesigns) will require an additional feeAny new elements or requests not included in the original brief may require an additional fee.🌼 2. PAYMENTS & REFUNDSUpfront: Full payment via VGen before work begins.Cancellation: Non-refundable once the sketch phase has started.Refunds: 100% refund only if I am unable to complete the commission.✿ The commission will be considered completed once final files are delivered. Any edits requested after delivery will be treated as a new order or charged separately.✿ Filing a payment dispute or chargeback after receiving the artwork will result in permanent blacklisting and loss of usage rights.🌼 3. DEADLINES & DELIVERYTurnaround: between 14 to 30 business days depending on complexity and queue.Rush Orders: You can check the rush fees availables in each service form.Files: High-res PNG/GIF/WEBM. Source files (PSD) are not included unless purchased as an add-on.✿ I don’t work strictly "first come, first serve" - if you need priority you can select the rush fee on the commission form.🌼 4. USAGE & RIGHTSPersonal/Streaming Use: Included! (Twitch, Discord, Social Media).Commercial Use: Required for merch, reselling, or physical products (+100% fee).AI & NFT: Strictly prohibited. Do not use my art for AI training, prompts, or blockchain.Credit: Please credit @poisuart when reposting or using on your channel.✿ I retain all copyrights and may use the artwork for portfolio, promotion, and social media unless a privacy/NDA fee is purchased.🌼 5. COMMUNICATION✿ Feel free to reach out to me at any time regarding the process of your commission, my dms are always open for you!✿ If I request feedback and do not receive a reply within 7 days, I may continue the commission based on my judgment to meet deadlines.✿ If the client becomes unresponsive for 15 days or more, the commission will be considered abandoned and no refunds will be issued.🌼 6. IMPORTANT NOTES✿ If you prefer your commission to remain private, please inform me before work begins. A privacy/NDA fee may apply.✿ Any personal information shared for payments or communication will remain confidential. (this applies to both parties).✿ I reserve the right to update my prices and Terms of Service at any time.🌼 7. REFUSALS✿ I reserve the right to refuse any commission containing:
Offensive, illegal, or NSFW content involving minors.
Requests copying another artist’s styleAny subject I’m uncomfortable with.✿ By commissioning me, you confirm that you’ve read and accepted these terms.
