Hi there!
I'm Poisu, a freelance illustrator and graphic designer from Argentina.

🌼 email: [email protected]When placing a commission, please include:✿Details of your request (type of commission: Chibi, Emotes, etc. / quantity)
✿Clear references (previous drawings, character sheets, screenshots, etc.)
✿Once I receive your request through either platform, I will review the information and, if everything is clear, accept your commission.Workflow:
1. I accept commission requests after reviewing all details
2. After accepting your commission, I will begin with a sketch phase and send it to you for review.
3. Sketch phase: I will send a sketch for your approval. At this stage you can suggest changes (pose, design, etc.) Your feedback is very welcome! ♡
4. Once sketch is approved, I move on to lineart and coloring. Only minor edits (color adjustments, small detail fixes) are allowed after this.
✿ Please note that major revisions after the sketch phase (e.g., pose or design changes) will come with an extra fee.Estimated time:
✿ Commissions may take from 7 days up to 1 month -aprox- depending on the complexity & the current workload.
✿ If you need it done by a specific deadline, please mention it upfront. A rush fee may apply.Please be patient with me I will do my best to keep you posted on the process! ♡

🌼 Terms of Service:

Payments:
✿ Payments: I will start working on your commission once the payment is sent. You can pay 100% up front, or 50% deposit, then the rest upon completion.
✿Accepted payment methods: PayPal or Payoneer (Includes any fees or conversion costs)
✿ If payment is not received within a reasonable timeframe, your commission slot may be given to someone else.Refunds & Cancelations:
✿ Full refund if the commission has not yet been started.
✿ No refunds when I already started working on the commission.
✿ If, for any reason, I am unable to finish your commission, I will issue a full refund or discuss a fair alternative.Rights & Usage:
✿ Commissioned artwork is for personal use only (e.g., social media, Twitch, Discord, profile picture, etc.).
✿ Commercial use (merchandising, printing, products, resale, etc.) requires a separate license fee. Please mention it upfront if you need commercial rights.
✿ I retain all copyrights to the artwork. I reserve the right to use the piece for my portfolio, promotion, or social media, unless you specifically request otherwise.
✿ Do not trace, use my artwork as a base, or feed it into AI tools under any circumstances.Privacy & Publication:
✿ If you prefer your commission to remain private (not shared on my social media/portfolio), please let me know in advance. A privacy fee may apply.
✿ Any personal information shared for payments or communication will remain confidential.Final Delivery:
✿ Finished artwork will be delivered in digital format (PNG in high resolution).
✿ Source files (e.g., PSD) are not included unless purchased separately.
✿ I will keep the final files for a limited period (e.g., several months) for backup or resending if needed.Refusals & Content Policy:
✿ I reserve the right to decline commissions that include offensive, harmful, illegal, or NSFW content involving minors.
✿ I will also decline requests that require me to directly copy another artist’s style.By commissioning me, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to these terms.
